The worst haircut i have ever received, in my 60+ yrs on this planet. Having asked for a simple thin & trim after 2-3 mths odd growth, less than 2 minutes into the process it was very obvious the woman had zero clue as to how to cut anyones hair, and should never have been employed in that role. Because of how she butchered it at the start i was forced to persist & hope she could correct it, to my everlasting regret. Your supposed guarantee of a recut within 7 days is totally worthless, unless you have uniquely invented a way of reattaching cut hair, which you hav'nt. Please be assured that after having regularly used your business over the 30+ years at this site, i will never again frequent a Just Cuts salon anywhere in this country.

This was the worst haircut I have ever had. It’s longer on one side and there’s bits sticking out over my ear. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from the young girl with the dark hair. What a joke and for $42. Never will get my money again
One of the worst hair cuts of my life, the lady who did my hair cut has done on a frizzy hair, didn’t wet my hair or took the partition to give a layer cut. It was worst experience that I ever got. Do not ever go to this salon again.
Overpriced and understaffed. They told me there would be a 35 min wait for a hair cut. I decided to wander around the shops. Almost 2 hours later and I'm still waiting.
Worst haircut ever! Hairdresser?? Looked briefly at photo, didn’t communicate with me …ended up with a bowl cut and not a shaggy bob. Now wearing a scarf full time until it grows .

The Lady who did my boyfriends hair I found her insanely rude. She was chatting to the other worker stopped doing his hair and was looking at the phone.She was very aggressive cutting his hair. She seemed really angry and moody. I don't think it was necessary how she was telling him what to do and not what to do like to Wash his hair. He had a medical illness with servere Depression and it affected him alot how he felt. I know it was probably a general reminder but please be more nicer about it. It wasn't worth the $42 I'm sorry but better service and better employees will make it worth it. If your in a rush to get your hair done prepare to wait for hours we went in there to book and waiting time was 60 mins nobody was in there at the time.
I had my hair done by Ted today and she was wonderful! Easily the best service I’ve ever experienced at any salon. All staff were incredibly polite and Ted was great at creating genuine conversations with me. My hair feels and looks amazing :)
Went in for a cut when l couldn't get into my on hairdresser this morning. I was quite anxious as it has been many years since going to an alternative hairdresser. I was greeted by Juanita and and she was more than happy to cut my hair straight away. Juanita was engaging and made me feel relaxed and delighted with my cut. Good thing about this business you have 7 days to go back if you are unhappy or want a bit more taken off. Also there is an app available to download to book an appointment to suit you. Wheel chair accessible. We'll done Just Cuts ✂️ ✂️ ✂️ ✂️ ✂️
